With a comprehensive background in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems, I contribute directly to the effective implementation of robust QHSE practices at EHS4U Solutions Pvt Ltd. Over my 5 years working in the UAE and my academic foundation with a B.Sc., I’ve developed expertise in regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability efforts. As a Lead Auditor for ISO standards and a certified trainer, I actively engage in streamlining our QHSE processes. In my role, I manage critical documentation, including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) records, to ensure compliance and readiness for both internal and external audits. Additionally, I support our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives by gathering and analyzing data for sustainability reporting and climate risk assessments, enabling our clients to meet their environmental and social objectives. I collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure we place qualified EHS professionals in key projects, enhancing our manpower services. Furthermore, I organize and conduct training programs on safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency procedures, helping to elevate overall workplace safety and compliance.
